The Lexington successfully hosts many different types of occasions and we look
forward to hosting yours. We will be happy to assist you in creating an event
that is unique and memorable. The following is a synopsis of charges for
renting the rooms.

There is a baby grand piano in room 3 of the Williamsburg Room available for
your use. Any outside entertainment must be approved by management prior
to the booking of your function.

$50.00 or 5% of your total bill, whichever is greater, with a food minimum of
$20 per person. All charges may be subject to change.

An 18% standard gratuity will be added to your total bill and the appropriate
state tax for food and beverage will be added to the total amount of your bill
at the conclusion of your function.

A $200.00 deposit is required; to book the private banquet room. This total
will be applied to your final bill at the conclusion of your function. This
deposit is non-refundable.
